Data Deletion Instructions

Option 1: Disconnect a channel

This removes our access to a single social account and deletes its stored tokens right away.

1. Sign in to Greenbits and open Channels from the main menu.
2. Find the connected account you want to remove.
3. Click Disconnect and confirm.

You can also revoke access from the platform itself, in its connected apps settings:

• Facebook and Instagram: Business Integrations.
• X: Connected apps.
• LinkedIn: Permitted services.
• TikTok: Manage app permissions.
• YouTube: your Google account permissions.

Option 2: Delete your account and all data

1. Disconnect all of your channels as described above (recommended, so that access is revoked immediately).
2. Email privacy@greenbits.app from the email address on your Greenbits account with the subject "Data deletion request". If you signed in with a Facebook or Instagram account and cannot use that email, include your account name and the platform.
3. We will confirm your identity and reply to confirm the request. You will receive a confirmation when deletion is complete.

What gets deleted

• Your profile, login credentials, and workspace settings.
• Connected account tokens and identifiers across all social platforms.
• Posts, drafts, schedules, Brand Profile, autopilot plans, and automation rules.
• Uploaded and AI-generated media stored in our cloud storage.
• Messages, comments, and contact records received from connected platforms.
• Usage and credit history linked to your account.

Content you already published on a social platform stays on that platform, so delete it there to remove it.

What we may keep

We may retain billing and tax records for as long as the law requires, and limited security logs. Encrypted backups are overwritten within 90 days of deletion.

Timeframe

We complete deletion of your data within 30 days of verifying your request.

Deletion requests from people who messaged a connected account

If you sent a message or comment to a business that uses Greenbits and want that data removed, email us at privacy@greenbits.app with your platform and username, and we will delete the records we hold about you.
