Terms of Service

1. The service

Greenbits is an AI social media management platform that helps you schedule and publish content, reply to messages and comments, run automations, plan content, and generate text, images, and video. The service connects to third-party platforms that we do not control.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account and workspace, including by team members you invite.

3. Connected platforms

You authorize us to access your connected social accounts and to publish, reply, and perform other actions on them as you instruct. You are responsible for complying with the terms, policies, and rate limits of each platform you connect, including Meta, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google/YouTube. Platforms may change or restrict their APIs, or suspend your accounts, and we are not liable for the effect of such actions on the service.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload, connect, or create with the service. You grant us a limited, worldwide licence to host, process, transmit, and display it solely to operate the service for you. You are solely responsible for all content you post, send, or automate through Greenbits, including that you have the rights to it and that it complies with applicable law and platform rules.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• post or send unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or sexually exploitative content;
• send spam, run fake-engagement or inauthentic-behavior schemes, or use automation to evade platform limits or enforcement;
• impersonate others or generate misleading deepfakes or content that falsely depicts real people;
• message people in violation of platform messaging windows, consent rules, or anti-spam laws;
• scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service, or attempt to access other users' data;
• resell the service without our permission or use it to build a competing product.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms or put the service or others at risk.

6. AI-generated content

Text, images, video, and replies produced by AI features may be inaccurate, offensive, or similar to other content, and may not be unique. AI output is provided "as is". You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before it is published, especially when auto-send or autopilot is enabled, and for disclosing AI-generated or synthetic media where a platform or law requires it. Our AI providers process prompts as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Plans, credits, and payment

The service is offered under free and paid plans described on our pricing page. Some features, such as AI video generation, consume credits allocated monthly by plan. Unused credits do not roll over unless the plan says so, and credits have no cash value. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled; fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices or plan limits with advance notice, effective at your next renewal.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service and disconnect your channels at any time, and you may ask us to delete your account as described in our data deletion instructions. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if required by law or a platform, or if your use creates risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including content responsibility, disclaimers, and limits of liability.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that posts will publish at a given time, that third-party platforms will remain available, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greenbits and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or followers, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or USD 100 if you have not paid us.

11. Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify Greenbits against claims, losses, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these terms or of a platform's rules.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the app. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept them.

13. General

These terms are the entire agreement between you and Greenbits about the service. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. You may not assign these terms without our consent. Governing law and venue will be those of the jurisdiction in which Greenbits is established, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
